Đặt chảo lên bếp, láng một lớp bơ mỏng, cho khoai tây vào, dùng xạn ép dẹp khoai tây xuống. Chiên áp chảo hai bề mặt khoai đến khi vàng đều, bạn làm tiếp những phần khoai còn lại, và những lần sau không cần phải láng thêm bơ. Khoai chín, lấy ra dùng nóng. Món ăn dành cho bé trên 3 tuổi.
